19-year-old country music star Taylor Swift openly reveals to reporters that her sky rocketing singing career makes it hard for her to find a boyfriend. "I think meeting someone in that way is a worry for anyone in my position," she's been cited as saying. "You meet someone and you can't help but be worried that they just want to date the person they see on TV," she continues explaining. "They are not really bothered about the real person."
Opening up further about her love life, Taylor admits she finds her split from Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers "tough". She then adds that despite rumors to the contrary, she currently dates no one, insisting she is "completely single".
Young and famous, Taylor Swift has been quite open when talking about some of her personal issues, including the fact that Joe Jonas dumped her over the phone. Recently, she was quoted as telling Allure's April issue that she won't discuss sex and virginity publicly. "I think when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked. And as much as I can prevent people picturing me naked, I'm going to," the 19-year-old songstress explained.

Country Singer Taylor Swift did more than tune up her vocal chords as she prepared for her Sunday concert at the Florida Strawberry Festival.
She and her entourage arrived a few hours before the concert and celebrated her younger brother Austin's 17th birthday at the festival grounds.
Swift and others donned pointed party hats and pelted him with Silly String before presenting him with a bicycle.
Swift, 19, played to a sold-out crowd on the festival stage.

As much as I can see this happening... I really don't think it's true. But Star magazine reported that the two tween idols were causing some heat backstage

Now Selena wants to follow MC's footsteps and sing a duet with Taylor...
Taylor Swift might be adding a new collaborator to her roster if Selena Gomez has anything to say about it. After Swift's duet with Miley Cyrus on her song "Fifteen" at the Grammy Awards, it seems that Selena Gomez is ready to get on the Taylor train, according to AceShowbiz.com.
The teen recently shared that she'd love to work with Swift in the near future, adding that the girls have already chatted about it. "We have talked about a duet," Selena said. "I think it would be really neat to have the country vibe."
Taylor, who once again has the #1 album in the country with her November release Fearless, seems a likely candidate for Selena to work with on her album, which is due out sometime in July. She explains that she'd like to work with Taylor because she "is not just plain country, [but] she's got a little pop edge to her."
Selena added, "It's something I really admire, so we want to write a really awesome country-rock song ... it sounds a little weird but we're totally down for that."
