gg reports that The Disney starlet and her underwear model boyfriend were joined by Miley’s parents, Billy Ray and Tish, as the happy family waded past a crowd of fans and ensuing paparazzi during the day’s outing.

Miley's hot boy toy model Justin Gaston will be featured in this months VMAN magazine, in the magazine he talks up about him and Miley's 'friendship'...

"I look up to her," he told the mag. "It's nice to have someone there who already knows what's going on. It helps you plan your next steps."

In one photo from the VMAN shoot, he stands over a tennis net in a provocative position – but his relationship with Miley seems to be a far cry from his steamy modeling work. And while Miley has become a superstar to millions of tweens and teens, Justin hinted that she hasn't forgotten where she came from.

"In a girl, I want someone who's really genuine," he said. "Someone attractive, but more just really nice."

Since meeting miley through her dad B-Ray-Cy he has decided to devote more of his time to making music with her than his modeling career... Sound promising? Hope so. "I just got a studio for my birthday," Miley told the mag. "And I got him a guitar for Christmas. My goal is to become one of the most-wanted producers of 2010, so we have a whole year to get really good."

Whatch out Hollywood music industry! Producer Miley is on the move... Do you think she would be a good producer??

Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston were seen ordering earlier sushi at Koi Los Angeles with pals. The affectionate twosome "had a great time over dinner and were polite and friendly to everyone around them," a source tells us. When it was time to go, they "left with their arms wrapped around each other."

Miley Cyrus was spotted out to dinner at Mo’s restaurant with her mom and boyfriend, Justin Gaston, last night. Miley looks cute and casual, wearing a sideways baseball cap, gray t-shirt, and leggings.

Earlier in the day Miley headed out to Pilates with her big sis Brandi and her mom Tish. The trio rode their bikes to the studio!

I thought she was getting meatloaf with Demi?

Miley Cyrus was reprimanded for texting in church. She & boyfriend Justin Gaston kept sending messages to each other's phones while attending services in Montrose, CA. An insider told Star:

'They thought they could fool people, but Miley couldn't stop giggling.' The pastor was so angry that he took the couple aside to tell them to stop being disrespectful.
