People should start leaving these celebrities alone... they are only human and they happen to be teenagers. Not that long ago The OCA, an organization representing Asian Pacific Americans in the U.S., released this statement on Miley Cyrus' picture of her slantig her eyelids.

"The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans. This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent...."

Now site have been claiming to uncover a new photo of Joe doing this, hate to tell everyone on the net but this picture has been circulating since I was literally an infant... (that's how old it is)

honestly, we don't know what's going on in the photo, and frankly, we shouldn't care... What is he, sixteen in the photo? It's been years, and people should find something better to do with their time.
